With TimeTable, easily create your schedules for the days, weeks and months to come.

How can I create a new schedule?
Select the active schedule on the “Schedules” tab or create a new one by hitting the “+” button then selecting it.
You can then define all the activities you will use to populate that schedule: on the “Activities” tab, hit the “+” button to add a new activity. You can also create a new activity by hitting the blue “+” icon located at the top right of the ‘Day’ view.
Each activity is characterized by the following:
validity period (start and end dates between which an activity is intended to be used)
days of validity (for example, an activity that can only be scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays)
start and end times
type of recurrence (no recurrence, weekly, monthly, etc.)
type of notification, if you wish to receive a reminder before the activity starts
reach of activity (accessible only in this particular schedule or in all the schedules)
How can I add a descriptive text for an activity?
Select the activity, tap the “Name” field, then enter your text in the description field.
How can I define a one-shot activity?
Simply indicate the same start and end date.
The activity will thus have only one occurrence, on the specified day.
How can I set an activity to occur on the 3rd Wednesday of every month?
Set the start date to the first valid Wednesday and specify the end date as needed (end of the series).
Set the recurrence frequency to “every week”.
Then hit the “Scheduled” label and uncheck all dates except the 3rd Wednesdays of each month.
How can I delete specific occurrences for an activity?
If you want to delete a planned occurrence of a recurring activity (for example, if you are unable to attend a regular activity because you are on vacation):
select the activity on the “Activities” tab
hit the “Future events” label
uncheck the dates that need to be deleted for that activity
How can I define an activity over two days?
For example, if you need to create an activity that starts one day at 10p.m. and ends the next day at 4a.m., you will have to define that activity twice:
once for the first day from 10p.m. to 11:59p.m.
a second time for the second day from 12p.m. to 4a.m.
You can give the same name to these activities or name them differently.
How can I define an activity with a different day and/or time on alternate weeks (week A/week B)?
To define an activity that takes place on a different day and/or time from one week to another, you will have to define it twice and set the recurrence frequency of each activity to "every two weeks":
once for weeks A, with an appropriate starting date (i.e. a day in week A), and with the day(s) and time(s) of week A
once for weeks B, with an appropriate starting date (i.e. a day in week B), and with the day(s) and time(s) of week B
You can give both activities the same name but it is recommended you name them differently, by suffixing the name as follows, for example:
English course (A)

English course (B)
How is the application synchronized with the calendar?
In addition to your activities, the application displays the events of your iPhone/iPad calendar by default. It also enables you to add or modify calendar events in the ‘Day’ view.
To disable calendar synchronization, simply go to the Settings menu and select “No” for the “Display calendar” item.
How can I link an address book contact to an activity (v1.25 and higher)?
Select your activity, select the Name row.
Tap the “Select Contact” button and select the contact of your choice. It will be linked to your activity.
Once a contact is linked to an activity, tap its button to:
remove the link from the contact
replace it with another contact
send him an e-mail (if the contact has an e-mail address)
call him (iPhone only, if the contact has a phone number)
How can I change the color of a calendar (v1.25 and higher)?
By default, your calendars are based on the iOS default colors, i.e. blue and green for your Home and Work calendars.
If you synchronize the calendars on your device with iCal (Mac) or Outlook (PC), preset colors for these calendars will be retrieved.
To modify these default colors, go to the “Calendars” tab and tap the "Colors" button.
Simply select your calendar, then its new color.
Why can't I modify the color of a specific calendar event?
Calendar event data do not belong to the application: the app only accesses these data via iOS programming interfaces, and is not allowed to add new properties or modify existing ones (such as changing the color associated to a particular event, for example).
You are nonetheless able to create different calendars to store different kinds of events (work, personal, leisure, etc). The application then enables you to associate a specific color to each calendar (thus allowing you to have one color per event).
You can easily create new calendars, with Google Calendar for example. If you want to add new calendars to the application, you first have to create them externally (with Mac iCal, MS Outlook, MobileMe or Google Calendar) and then sync them with your device.
The general method for syncing a new external calendar to your device is as follows:
iOS Settings:
Open System Settings
Go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Tap on “Add Account”
Add a new externally synced calendar

How can I save the application data?
Application data backup is a built-in feature of your iPhone-iPad and iTunes, as long as you regularly synchronize your device with iTunes on your PC or Mac.
At the beginning of the syncing process, iTunes saves the following data from your device:
Contacts and Contact favorites
App Store Application data
Application settings, preferences and data
Music, videos, photos, etc.
When you change your device, or even with your current device, you are able to restore that backup with iTunes. You will thus be able to retrieve all the data and content saved during the last syncing.

You can also use the “iTunes Database export” feature (see below) to run an individual backup of your application data. Be careful to properly save the “Database_Export.db” file on your PC or Mac.
iTunes: How can I transfer my database to another device?
This process will allow you to export your application database to another device.
A) From your source device (device A):
select About, Settings, Database Management
select “Export Database”
connect your source device to your computer
in iTunes, select the device (below Devices), and click on the “Apps” button.
below “File Sharing” from the list on the left, select the application
from the list on the right, select the “Database_Export.db” file and click on “Save to”.
in the window that appears, select the destination where you want to save the file, and click Choose.
B) From your target device (device B):
connect your device to your computer
in iTunes, back up your device.
in iTunes, select your target device (below Devices), and click the “Apps” button.
Below File Sharing, in the list on the left, select the application
Click on ‘Add’ in the list on the right
in the window that appears, select the the “Database_Export.db” file you saved in step A.6 (see above).
the file is transferred to your device.
on your target device, select About, Settings, Database Management
select “Import Database”
Just confirm the import by clicking on “Yes” in order to replace the former database by the one just transferred.
Once finished, device B contains exactly the same data as device A.
Note 1: the Export feature can be used to back up your app database: in this case, select the ‘Database_Export.db’ file in iTunes, and click on ‘Save to’ to back it up on the chosen support (hard disk, USB storage, etc.).
Note 2: another way to back up your device is to Sync it with iTunes.
iCloud: How can I transfer my application database to another device?
Running iOS 5 with a valid iCloud account, you can export your application database from your device to another device (iPhone, iPad or iPod touch) using the same iCloud account.
A) From your source device (device A):
select About, Settings, Database Management, Import Export
select “iCloud - Export Database”
B) From your target device (device B):
select About, Settings, Database Management, Import Export
select “iCloud - Import Database”. Check that the date and time correspond to the file you exported from device A.
just confirm the import by clicking on “Yes” in order to replace the former database of device B by the one just transferred from device A.
Once finished, device B contains exactly the same app data as device A.
Note 1: iCloud sync may take several minutes to complete, especially when data size is large and Internet connection, slow.
Note 2: if you have just installed and launched the app on device B, you are advised to wait a few minutes for the app to sync with iCloud, before exporting your data from device A.
